ROAST SCHEDULE/SHIPPING
+Please note that we will not dispatch any orders without payment: all invoices are due on receipt.
+ We roast for wholesale orders on Monday to Thursday.
+ We ship all wholesale orders Tuesday to Thursday. (Excluding bank holidays and Christmas)
+ For orders shipped on Tuesday, please place your order no later than midnight Sunday. (GMT)
+ For orders shipped on Thursday, please place your order no later than midnight Tuesday. (GMT)
+ We ship all domestic wholesale orders using DX and all international orders using DHL.
+ Please be aware that bank holidays and Christmas may interfere with our usual shipping schedules due to DHL and DPD policies.
+ Sometimes OrderSpace may incorrectly calculate your shipping, if this is the case with your order, we reserve the right to adjust and bill accordingly.
+ UK orders that exceed 31kg are classified as Freight Parcels, and as such are subject to increased shipping fees that will be calculated post-order.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS/ORDERS FOR THE REPUBLIC OF IRELAND/NORTHERN IRELAND
+ All International Orders will be sent via DHL Economy Select (via road) unless otherwise specified by the customer- to request DHL Air Express, leave a comment in the notes section of your order or email wholesale@girlswhogrindcoffee.com.
+ All International Orders (including orders to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland) shipping fees will be calculated after the order is placed- the correct shipping fee with be added to your invoice before dispatch.
+ Unfortunately we cannot always accept wholesale orders outside of the UK/Europe via OrderSpace. If you are an International business and would like to set up an account with us please email directly via wholesale@girlswhogrindcoffee.com
+ All international accounts MUST have their EORI and VAT number saved to their account, or emailed directly to wholesale@girlswhogrindcoffee.com, otherwise we will be unable to dispatch your order.
+ Please be aware that all international orders will be subject to delays as a result of customs checks- while we endeavour to minimise these delays by providing the accurate and appropriate information, we cannot be held accountable for the length of the so-called 'clearance events' that can hold up international orders.
+ Please be aware that certain locations may require Phytosanitary Certification for orders exceeding 10kg to be accepted through customs, if this is the case Girls Who Grind Coffee are not responsible for the delays that may be associated with the application process, nor can Girls Who Grind Coffee guarantee successful applications.
+ Shipping fees do not cover any additional customs charges, additional fees and tax, nor are Girls Who Grind Coffee responsible for any additional customs charges, additional fees or tax.
REUSABLE BUCKETS
+ Wholesale customers are able to arrange for their coffee to be sent in reusable buckets rather than in our recyclable packaging: orders must be at least 5kg to be sent in buckets.
+ All returned buckets must be thoroughly cleaned and sanitised before being returned to the roastery, and return of these buckets may be subject to increased shipping fees.
MINIMUMS + MAXIMUMS
+ We require a MINIMUM spend of £100.00 for all domestic wholesale orders
+We require a MINIMUM spend of £150.00 for all international orders, including the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland
+ You are limited to a MAXIMUM of ONE 100g sample bag of each coffee, if you place an order for more than one of each sample, we will automatically adjust the amount down to one.
+Girls Who Grind Coffee reserve the right to increase or decrease the minimum spend for all wholesale accounts at their discretion, if you are unsure about the minimum spend attached to your account please email your questions to wholesale@girlswhogrindcoffee.com
YOUR ORDER + PAYMENT
+ Once you have placed your order here via OrderSpace you will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours, if this has not happened please get in touch with our Wholesale Manager rather than assuming the order has successfully been placed. Shortly after you will receive an invoice via Xero (our Accounting software). Please pay this directly via the invoice by BACS or Card (preferred).
+ Orders placed over the weekend will not be confirmed until Monday (or the first working day should Monday be a bank holiday).
+ For all wholesale accounts we require payment prior to dispatch, it is the customers responsibility to ensure the invoice has been paid, Girls Who Grind Coffee are not responsible for chasing or reminding customers of this payment term, nor are Girls Who Grind Coffee responsible for any delays or aging of the coffee associated with the customer not paying their invoice and delaying the dispatch process.
+ Your dispatch notification will be sent to you directly via OrderSpace and DPD once your order has been fulfilled.

TRAINING
+Please be aware that training for house accounts is free, within reason: occasionally there may be additional costs associated with certain training materials (such as travel, milk or coffee etc) but this would be discussed prior to booking in your session. Please note that a House account is classified by ordering a minimum of 5kg per week. To receive free training there will be a contractual obligation of 12 months at 5kg per week.
BLENDS
+ Please be aware that there is a minimum order requirement of 5kg for bespoke blends.
+While we endeavour to collaborate with you on the branding for your bespoke blend, GWGC reserve the right to send your bespoke blend with generic stickered branding in order to fulfil your order.
+While GWGC endeavour to use the same coffees as agreed upon in the creation of your bespoke blend, GWGC also reserve the right to substitute specific coffees included in your blend in order to fulfil your order.
+Please be aware that the price per kg of your blend is subject to change: should this happen, you will be notified ahead of time.
ROAST POLICY
+ To fulfil your order you may receive coffee roasted prior to your dispatch date, while we endeavour to send the freshest coffee we can, in order to minimise wastage and avoid delays, we may send coffee roasted up to 8 days before dispatch.
OUR BRANDING/IMAGES/MERCHANDISE
+ Be aware that all images, branding, logos and merchandise are subject to copyright, and are the property of Girls Who Grind Coffee Ltd, meaning that they are not be replicated, redistributed or displayed without express permission from Girls Who Grind Coffee to do so.
