Roasting, Rules and Reminders
A note on roasting- we roast all coffee to order, so we do not hold any pre-roasted coffee onsite therefore it is important to order within the cut-off period to ensure receiving your order on time.

Please note, we do require payment prior to dispatch. All invoices are due on receipt, and we will not dispatch your order until that payment has cleared.

We do ask that all wholesale accounts, both new and old, take the time to regularly read the Terms and Conditions to avoid any unnecessary delays and disappointment.

SHIPPING SCHEDULE:
We ship wholesale orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays.*
For orders shipped on Tuesday, please place your order no later than midnight Sunday.
For orders shipped on Thursday, please place your order no later than midnight Tuesday.

*please note that we only ship orders whose invoices have been paid and this schedule may be different during bank holidays and Christmas.

We use DX Next Day (from date of dispatch) for UK orders (Monday-Thursday).

Our minimum order is £100 (excluding shipping) for all domestic wholesale orders- please note that this minimum spend applies to all UK accounts in order to be eligible for the wholesale discount.

OVERSEAS ORDERS AND BREXIT
Please be aware that we have been advised that all international orders are required to have both an EORI and VAT number attached to their orders- if you do not already have both numbers saved on your account, please email them to wholesale@girlswhogrindcoffee.com.

As a result of the new Brexit regulations, international orders are experiencing delays as orders are checked at customs, as well as potentially being subject to additional customs charges- please factor this information in when placing your order.

We use DHL Economy Select for all overseas orders- the price of this shipping will be calculated after you have placed your order and will be added to your invoice before dispatch. If you would prefer your order to be sent via the faster method of Air Express, please get in touch to let us know, as the standard method of overseas shipping will be by road where possible.

Our minimum order is £150 (excluding shipping) for all international wholesale orders in order to qualify for the wholesale prices.
